Tanishq — False information and customer harassment

I have gold plan in Tanisq velachery and paid all monthly dues for the plan. when I went to purchase gold the sales person gave false information about the product and we came to know just one min before billing. I have informed floor manage reg the sales man behavior and he didn't take any action. they are literally cheated us and wasted our time. then we went to other branch and purchased our jewellery. today I have visited adayar branch to purchase jewellery and sales person behavior was too worst . they didn't inform about the shop timing and in the mid of the purchase he asked us to leave the shop. is this the way Tanisq supporting customer.
