I have raised a complaint with customer care yet there is no resolution or movement from past 3 months.

We had purchased a Titan watch worth 10k and it stopped working before it's warranty ended. As the team couldn't repair it they gave us a replacement number however the expiry period was not mentioned well.

Post expiry we were suggested to reach out to the customer care which we did 3 months ago, even after continuous follow up there is no resolution or movement.

We purchase Tata products only in respect to Ratan Tata Sir but the company employees are totally ruining the experience. I feel like my money has gone for a toss but trying this as a last resort.

    I have been following up with Titan customer care since last 3 months however have received no response from them.

    I had purchased a watch from Titan store Chembur and as they couldn't fix it we were given a replacement number. We were not properly informed on expiry date and post expiry I reached out to Titan customer care for renewal of Replacement Proposal Number as the watch is worth 10000. It's been 3 months and yet no satisfactory response has been shared.

    I am highly disappointed and feel the money has wasted. We hail Titan only for Ratan Tata sir, but the employees are truly ruining the experience.

    This seems like a last resort. My ticekt number is RPCHD1S00004467

      My name is Sumita Das, resident of Flat 3F, 138 Purbalok 7th Street Kolkata 700099. On 12th Nov 2023, I bought a Titan Raga watch worth Rs 9995/- (Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five Only) from TITAN outlet at Shopper Stop located at Acropolis Mall, Kasba, Kolkata Pin-700107. A Copy of the Invoice bearing specification no- 0188_1_023_0_43133_[protected] was issued to me.
      Within 2 days of purchase, the watch stopped working and same was taken back to the TITAN Outlet wherein the same was handed over to the Customer Service Department of Shopper Stop. They assured me that the watch will be repaired and delivered to me within 10 days i.e 13.12.2023, which makes no sense as the product was completely new and has a manufacturing defect. I requested them to exchange the watch which they denied. A copy of the Customer Service Slip is attached herewith for your kind reference.
      It is relevant to bring to your kind attention that there were no update regarding the product from the Customer Service Department of Shopper Stop nor from TITAN outlet after 23.11.2023.
      On 06.01.2023, when my Son visited the Customer Service Department of Shopper Stop and demanded an update regarding the product, the callous behaviour of the Customer Service Department of Shopper Stop and the personnel working at the TITAN outlet, took him out of guard. They had no clue regarding the watch which clearly shows no effort were made by them in the interim days to get information on the same. They completely forgot about the product.
      Upon my Son’s persistence they started to make calls to the concerned people of the service centre of TITAN. They failed to provide any resolution or any update on the watch and requested my son to speak with their Manager- Mr Soumendra Bhattacherhee (S49507) whose id is attached herewith for your kind reference. Upon seeing this kind of behaviour my son requested the Manager to either refund the entire amount of Rs 9995/- spent on the watch or replace the watch with a new one. The Manager completely refused to refund the amount paid for the watch. He also refused to replace the product with a new one and claimed that they are awaiting the update from the TITAN service centre.

      It is a huge disappointment that Customer Service Department of Shopper Stop and the personnel working at the TITAN outlet completely lacked in its services to provide a customer friendly atmosphere. They absolved themselves from all their responsibilities once the finance procedure got over.
      I therefore request you to intervene and direct the Shopper Stop/TITAN Outlet to refund the entire amount within two days from the receipt of this complaint. I shall not finance a repaired product which was not worn even once. I don’t want any replacement either.
      This kind of experience was not expected from a great brand like TITAN and Shopper Stop. Also kindly take steps to reimburse my travelling expenses along with a compensation of Rs 5000 for the harassment caused to me and my family members.

        Today I had been to your Visakhapatnam store at VIP Road at 5.30 pm. Selected an ornament with the excellent service by your staff Ku. Anita Devi. And gone to 1st floor for exchange of my old gold Bangle - again there was very good service by Mr Chandu.
        Your store Manager needs some training.
        At bill section one lady was sitting having no knowledge made me to stand for 40 minutes - in that period - I received 14 times OTPs from you - due to irresponsible duty of the lady. She even collected more money from me, after my calculation and objection, she satisfied and refunded money of excess of Rs.1412.00 at last I left your store at 6.40 pm. Even she refused of reward points adjustment, later on it was adjusted.
        This is what I experienced today at your store.
        Time is also important for us.
        Being I am a very old customer from your stores at Cuttack Odisha, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Now at this store.
        Due to this experience - it made me to rethink for future shopping.

              I have purchased gold floral design ring from Tansihq Rewari store. beads of that ring started dislocating within1 month. since i reside in alwar so i went to tanishq alwar store on 24th Oct and get it rectified. after 2-3 days looks wise and beads of ring started dislocating and black spot i found on my ring. i have approached with email to customer care of tansihq they have given such a manipulative answer that will get think u submit the ring will send to Quality team will check and revert. i spoke with rewari store manager only time he said i will see.
              after reminding many time, marking email number of time Mr. pawan from tanishq customer team didn't responded.
              this is my last complaint rest i will complaint in consumer form.
              this is my last approach to tansihq rest i will assured you will sue tansihq for stretching this matter so long plus harassment in non response.

                    Dear Team,

                    My husband had purchased a ring from Tanishq Oberoi Goregaon Mumbai on 18th Sept 2023 amounting to Rs 14999 and due to change in size we approached tanishq on 24th sept 2023 for a finger size change, which was accepted by them.
                    1. Firstly, they took a month and secondly on 23rd Oct 2023 they got a ring which was wrong in size i.e ‘I’ ( My size taken was ‘J’ ).

                    2. There was a credit note of Rs 1600 due to smaller resizing of ring, which Tanishq didn’t issue to us and revised the invoice to original price of 14999 itself.

                    3.Subsequently, they are not ready to change ‘I’ size to ‘J’ mistake being done by them still I am suffering the same.

                    4. On 4th November 2023, Tanishq oberoi deliberately didn’t change and just to avoid the process they are cracking the ring to adjust it to my size and forcing me to accept the same Or else they are not able to do anything.
                    The process would take 45 days to get the same ring of my size but Tanishq is not willing to do so and till now on 14th November 2023 i haven’t received my Ring.

                    In overall this process, as a customer i am very much disheartened as i had a deep trust since my childhood over Tanishq and after being harassed a lot of times and non supportive employee behaviour and rude interaction, made a negative impact on me.

                    I request you if i can get any assistance or help in any case would be really helpful.

                      Titan SmartPro watch I bought for 13000 before 18 months and now titan do not have maintain relevant apps for this watch in play store. Upon I reach them, customer care forcefully asking me to get 50% as Watch Depreciation coupon WDC and get some other watch for 7000 which is not acceptable. I do not want 50% or new watch, all I am asking is Titan to enable the necessary app.
                      Buying watches for 13k (6x more price than other brands available in market) and saying no apps available looks pathetic. Being a Titan Customer for last 15 years feeling sad for Titan.

                        Today on the occassion of Dhanteras we visited your Sodepur store.
                        2 days back we had bought jewellery worth a big amount.The lady who attended told us to visit on Dhanteras as gifts will be given.
                        We visited the store and bought a gold coin.
                        The man who was checking the bills said we will not get any gift and saw him.giving a gift to another customer.They did not even offer us a cup of tea.My husband just said lets go to Tanishq as may be that would add some points to the lady who attended us the other day.In fact to our surprise she was also like least bothered.
                        I really felt bad as a customer.
                        Thank you Tanishq to show your over proffessionalism.
                        I am further not going to attend your store forget about reccomendations.

                            I have been repeatedly reaching out to the Call center via chat and phone and each day the delivery is promised but when i see the site -- says there is a problem and asked to reschedule. This is unacceptable and if you cant deliver the product by tomorrow -- REFUND it. This is fraud if you are playing with a 3L + product. My order number is 11943235
