Tanishq — I purchased a ring,due to size issue, I wanted to exchange it, 2nd time, within 7 days of purchase, but company denied

Helo sir,
I purchased a gold ring from ur cannaught place showroom, on 15 March (Friday)

- I purchased d ring, for my sister, who lives in banglore, to gift her.

- I connected wid my mom after purchasing, she told me, dat 14 size dat I bought is not for my sister, exchange it for a bigger size.

- after 2 days, of purchase, on 18march(Monday), I exchanged d ring on d same showroom for a band of size 16.

- now my sister came on 21march(Thursday) from Pune and I gifted her that ring, but again dere is a size issue, d ring doesn’t fits my sister..

- so on 22 march(Friday) I contacted ur same CP showroom, to get it exchanged for jwellery..

- as 7 days return policy was still valid for my product, but Dey denied to exchange it against Jwellery, and told me, u can’t exchange two times..

But since, 7 daz are not over on Thursday(22march), and product is of no use for my sister, plz arrange an exchange for dis, against a Jwellery.

I am a valuable Tanishq customer, and a regular customer, u can check my account and my purchases as well, via my phone [protected]

So, dis is a genuine issue, and kindly make sure, d exchange of ring is done, for a Jwellery piece..

But by now, 19 April, my issue not resolved.
And company is saying, we can't exchange d ring against CHAIN
And I agreed to exchange it for ring, of bigger amount, den Dey said u have to choose among d two rings, u have purchased..
But m saying, my sister is not here, to give her size and I can exchange it for chain, which will have no size issue or for ring, for my mom, which I will select a new heavy design, coz dis is girlish design, dat suits my sister only, and she is not here to try d ring

Issue is, company is not providing exchange against CHAIN or OTHER HEAVIER BROAD ring,
I have also filed in consumer helpline, and dere case docket is 5639127
But company is not hearing my issue, not understanding it

I received a mail from Tanishq, on 23 April, and they are saying d same, as per their convinience, Dey r saying, I can exchange d ring among d two rings, I have selected for my sister..
But dis is not d resolution, we can say..
My sister is not here, for whom I purchased d ring, so how how could I decide a size by myself again, for her..

Tanishq should exchange it, for any Jwellery dat will not have sizing issue..
Or if Tanishq is STUCK that, ring can be exchanged for ring only, den also, I am Oky, but, again I have to go for a ring dat suits my mom, a heavy and broad ring, coz my mom is here with me, and no sizing issue will be dere and I can’t buy a girlish ring or band for my mom, as I choosed for my sister..
When my sister was here, I visited d store in 22 March, but det denied at dat time, to exchange among dose two rings ..

**So now, Tanishq should exchange d ring,
For any Jwellery, dat will have no size issue
** or or a new ring, dat suits my mom, other Dan dese two girlish rings
** or refund my whole amount

If Tanishq is not Oky, with above three resolutions, I have to go to consumer court..
To get a resolution..
