Tanishq — old gold sale payment delay

Dear sir/madam,
On dt.27.08.19 visited cuttack branch to sale my old tanishq ornaments, due to financial urgency. They told me tanishq logo is not clear, so pl. Come with original bill. Next day came with all relavant documents. After a long waiting time they accept the same&assured me will try to arrange your money very soon by chq.
Three times visited branch, but getting by assurance that, we are trying our best to arrange your money.
I had get back my money from senco gold& khimji jewellers within 2/3 days.
I had a very very worsed experiance with tanishq jeweller.
In future i will never ever purchage from tanishq or suggest anybody to...
Kindly arrange my money as soon as possible.
