I have had a very bad experience with titan eye plus, where the product quality of both frame & lean is not upto the mark,

1) the frame which was given to me was faulty, i had to make 3 visits when they told me the frame is faulty/crooked / not aligned (As i was unable to see clearly) and hence it would be replaced and new frame could take a few days
2) a month passed, i called up the store and they said frame will come soon. When the frame didn't come, i posted a google review and yes, in 2 days the frame was there
3) i had to make many followup, before the frame was replaced
4) soon after that, the lenses developed many scratches and again i had to visit the store, here they said the lens quality is not good and agreed to change the lens
5) the new lenses came, but the visions was very poor and am unable to see clearly form the same. I took my old specs (One of the cracked) and they told me power of both lenses is absolutely the same. My question is how come, if 2 lenses have same power, i am able to see clearly from old specs, but cant from the new one (Which was made by titan)
6) in between in end aug, one fine day the nose bridge just broke off in my hand (As i was taking the glasses off, to go to sleep). Went to the store & they said nothing can be done
7) again they noticed the lens coating is peeling off
8) i got my specs repaired at titan at mumbai, still cant see clearly and have to use my old specs (Cracked one) to do my regular work

In nutshell, i spent rs 11000 & paid 10 visits in last 6 months, but my lens coating is peeling off, i cant see clearly from the lens (Have to use my old specs clearly). Now i want a 100% refund from titan for the time/money spent.

Please refund within 10 days, or else i'll lodge complain with consumer department.

Duplicate titan availble in market near 300 and 400 RS
I have visited Titan Shop in Kalyani Nagar Pune to enquire about the battery, the representative asked to wait while he was checking. He replaced the battery without even asking and gave me my watch with replaced battery ( I don't know). The service charge was 295 Rs to change the battery which is priced at 60 Rs.

    I have purchased a titan ladies watch from your show room, at mavoor road branch, calicut, kerala. The next day morning i noticed that it is working slow. I approached the same show room, asked to replace the watch claiming the fact that i couldn't even use the watch for a single day. But the show room manager refused to replace it, saying that they can only do servicing. Finally i had to agree with that as he is adamant on his side. Finally they did service n gave me back the same watch. Again on the next day the same complaint has noticed again and hence i approached the show room again. Asked to replace the watch, again they refused to replace the watch. My mob. Number. [protected]

        I have visited your tanishq jewelers show room and got a very poor response from the staff as well as manager on 19/09/2019

        Tanishq jewelers show room at maninagar ahmedabad.

        Background as below:-

        I have purchased ring from your show room before 5 years at cost of rs. 11, 000/-with original diamond.

        Today when i have visited your showroom for new jewelers purchases and i have finalized ornament and that time, i have return old ring and they are not sure what is the cost of this old ring and they are saying as below value.

        1. They saying cost around rs. 3400/
        2. Then saying rs. 11, 200/-
        3. Then saying no no rs. 8900/- replacement.
        4. One diamond is crack their staff, hence cost of this old ring value is rs. 5, 200/-

        Sir, you see above different type of value of old ring and we are not satisfied
        With your showroom and return back without any purchase and not return back my old ring.

        Request to give me, my old ring actual replacement value from tanishq.

        I look forward to hearing from you and response on this.

          I visited the tanishq store in bhilai nehru nagar, chattisgarh in the start of august 2019, to order personalized engraved ring for my engagement. I choose an engraved ring, the sample had on it the name engraved "vidya", i confirmed the design to the saleswoman, she told a confirmation from the company will come within 5 days. Telephonically the store confirmed me for the order and i paid advance money for the ring. The design dat was being sent to the company for making was not even shown to me, u will not find my signature on the design ordered. The store told that my order will arrive on 5th september 2019. I waited for 5th, but the store called and apologized that due to shipment delay, order will reach on 12th september. On 12th i called the store myself for the order, they said the order had arrived. I was in a hurry, i picked up the ring and signed on the delivery letter. On reaching home after office, i took out the ring, and i was shocked and heartbroken to see a totally different design. I visited the store the next day to complain about the order, but the saleswoman did not admit her mistake of sending wrong design information to the maker, i asked them to anyhow remove the color so that o can use it for my engagement, but that was also not possible as the store staff told me. I have my engagement on 20th september and after investing so much money and intrest in the design of the ring i am disheartened by the final product. I am a loyal customer of tanishq and u can see my purchases in your store. But this kind of mistake on your part is unacceptable. Kindly do something so that i can have a tanishq ring to gift to my fiancee on 20th september. The product description is - 51ph23funwa100. I have attached the finished product pic, the wrong one, while i ordered for an engraved ring.

            On dt.27.08.19 visited cuttack branch to sale my old tanishq ornaments, due to financial urgency. They told me tanishq logo is not clear, so pl. Come with original bill. Next day came with all relavant documents. After a long waiting time they accept the same&assured me will try to arrange your money very soon by chq.

            I have purchased a mangalsutra from tanishq store in model town, jalandhar[protected]. It is 22kt having 8.320 gms wt., pricing 29931.37 from which i had scheme discount of 1811 rs. So the final rate was 28, 964.
            My wife has been wearing it daily but its shine started fading after a month which i ignored at first. Then after few months it completely lost its shine. Now from last 20 days a copper color has been started showing.

              This is reuban from chennai. I purchased a tommy hilfiger watch in the year 1999 from a titan showroom. The model number at the back was f90214.
              Now we wanted to buy a new watch by exchanging this tommy hilfiger watch. But all showrooms we went mentioned tat they do not have a model number in their database.
              We need a reply for this. When we can exchange a titan/fastrack/sonata watches, why we couldn't exchange this tommy hilfiger (F90214) watch?
              Kindly do the needful to get an exchange for this watch.

                I am a usa resident and i am a huge fan of tanishq.
                When i tried to call the following customer care service numbers two things happened:

                [protected] : redirected to a hotline for sexual experiences!
                [protected] : redirected to survey questions and operating automated systems asking for credit card information.
                [protected] : number not reachable or invalid.

                I mean are you serious! Such a big brand... And not being able to monitor your online websites as to whether a simple customer service number given is correct or not? I am a huge fan of tanishq jewelry but this is just plain unacceptable!! Now i will never be able to trust tanishq online services neither will i be able to order anything online from them!

                I had went to replace 2 Titan watch cell in titan watch store kala pathar ghaziabad.

                For each cell they charge RS 150 per cell.

                Scam of RS 300.

                In any other city it's usually RS 100 or less.
                Ideally should be around 40 50 bucks compared to whole packet cell price it's 10 cell for rs 200.

                Please help.

                  I purchased a black analog watch (Titan HSN Code 9102) on 10/08/19 at 13:53 from your store named "World of Titan" located at Great India Place, Sector 38A, Noida.
                  After using this watch for 10 days, chain plating starts fading and I am able to see the white spot on the chain. When I go to the store, they ask that it's due to a scratch and deny to do any action.

                  I am wondering the watch quality whose plating goes disappear just after the use of 10 days. It feels like I have wasted my money by purchasing this Titan watch. Can you please help me with this one.

                    Dear Members,

                    I had purchased TITAN watch in Feb2019 and in Aug2019 the watch has got water ingress due to light rain however watch is water resistance guaranteed for 50M.
                    I had been to service center and escalated to customer care also and demanded for new watch after investigating the complaint for which they are extending for refurbishment only.I have completely as I am not interested to wear refurbished watch after paying Rs5K odd.
                    Titan showroom people are telling the story of watch can be replaced only withing 15days from date of purchase. They should understand that no one puts watches in water after buying just to check the quality. Company should understand this very clearly.
                    Me and my entire family are using TITAN group watches of atleast 12-15 no but this the only one watch faced issue with. Even cheaper watches than the complained watch is working fine without any such issues but not this.
                    If this is the case why should we trust brand and pay premium for the brand.
                    If any damage or any handling issues in watches and if these are reasons for water ingress it could have been pointed towards me but its completely manufacturing defect. If they repair I don't know what exactly they do inside and may pretend that it has been replaced with new mechanism but it can't be believed and always it is risk.
                    Pls do check and replace the watch.

                      I had returned a gold chain purchased through online portal of Titan which has been received by the team. I got an email confirming refund initiation on 27th Jul’19 stating it will take 7-15 working days to receive the refund. However till date there has been no update on refund status despite of writing several mails to customer care team. The company can’t be fooling customers with false commitments if they can’t fulfill it!

                        Got a 22k gold chain on 14th aug by exchanging 19gm chain of tanishq product & 6 gms of other shop gold, additionally paid 9k.
                        Chain broke within 4 days of purchase & we replaced with new chain which they billed for a non market gold price of 3708.

                        If product is defective, why it should be for customers purchase?. And how they are cheating marking product price as 3708?

                          I had made my online payment for tanishq golden harvest through google pay option in the same app and my transaction sent through google pay was sucessful

                          But there was no status update in my portal app
                          The money which i had paid was a sum of 4000 rupees but in the portal it's still showing to pay which i had already paid i had already talked with customer care executive but they are unable to solve my query regarding this issue.

                            I am yogendra kumar sharma, working in north eastern railways, izn division as senior section engineer. I have purchase a wrist watch - octane model no. Nj90041km02 for lifestyle (Phoenix mall-bareilly) on 18th august 2018. The wrist watch getting slow slightly and on 13th august 2019 it was detected that the wrist watch was not working. On 24th august 2019, i went to lifestyle from where i had purchased the watch to look into the matter and they have forwarded me to the titan service centre named "world of titan, civil lines, rmapur garden, near prabha cinema, below tanisq showroom. They told that the cell is defective and to be replaced. I told them that the watch was not working since 3th august 2019 and at lifestyle showroom, i was told that the battery comes with one year warranty. So i have requested them to consider it within warranty period because the watch was not working since 13th august 2019, which comes within warranty period but they have not consider my request. Sir, i am working as senior section engineer and at this position no body should tell a lie.
                            Inspite of my request they have charged me rs. 227/- for battery replacement including service charges. Again i have requested them since the watch comes with 02 years warranty i. E. The watch is under warranty up to 17th august 2020, service charges should be waived off. But they have not listen anything.
                            In view of the above, since the watch is under warranty up to 17th august 2020, service charges should not be charged and since the watch was not working since 13th august 2019, rs. 227/- should not be charged by the service centre.
                            In view of above, it is requested you to kindly look into the matter and please take necessary action for refund of rs. 227/- or at least service charges which the aforesaid service center has been charged from me.

                              I have returned one purchased product on 25-07-19. Refund was initiated on 8-8-19. However, till date[protected] refund still not credited. I have made 100s of complaints and 100s of phone calls. attaching call log records, their confirmation of refund sms, complaint number which they registered. Company is so irresponsible for their product refund. I could get refund more easily and early if i have purchased from other site.

                                Today, i.e 20/8/19 I and my father (aged about 67+) have visited Titan showroom at 269/1 B.T. Road, kolkata. We have chosen a Titan watch and after payment of Rs.2305/- through Debit Card.
                                After payment the watch was given for chain adjustment. When they gave it to may dad it was loose in his hand. He politely said please cut one more unit. Then the person at the Billing counter said they cannot adjust it more. People now a days wear loose wathes u have to do the same. My father said I am 67+ and I cannot wear a watch like a person of 30 yeqrs of age.
                                Then I politely said that please adjust it, they were just trying to avoid my words because it was about to 8:30pm and they were in hurry to close the store.
                                Then I said then please give me another choice, they said if it is loose then every watch will be loose. I told them to initiate refund but they said I can void the bill but I cannot guarantee the return.
                                Then they started misbehaving with my father. Which create a scean in the store premises. There were many more customers and my father faced a wrong situation because of your employee, which cause serious mental agony and harrasment.
                                Then they find one more watch of Rs.2061/- but they were not ready to refund me the balance amount. They forced me and my father to buy one perfume which is not at all required by us. We objected but they forced ua to buy a perfume of Rs.399/- I have to pay more Rs.154/-.

                                I have faced financial loss as well as harrasment. Kindly look into this matter. I want my refund of Rs.399/- (perfume cost) and Rs.25000/- for mental harrassment and misbehaviour.

                                Tata is a renound company and we are loyal customer of tata. So this kinds of behaviour is not expected from this giant company.

                                Kindly look into this. Or else I have yo go to Consumer forum for the same.

                                  I have purchase zoop watch for kid and it's titan brand. I have purchase on 10- aug - 2019 and start using from 15- aug-2019 but with in 3 days the watch dial and upper glass get out and same was fixed by sticking gum by titan outlet at vasai west but finishing of product is not as good as appear earlier. Hence request company to replace the product

                                    I had ordered a watch of 945/- on aug 3rd. I did not get any confirmation mail. But my money is deducted. I reaches titan customer care thrice and said about issue they asked to send a mail with transaction snap. I sent 4 mail as well but they are not responding. Its been 15 days and i have lost my money without any response and i do not know how serious this would turn if they are playing with this issue. If you can solve it please do help or else i will have o lodge a police complaint against titan.co.
