Dear sir,
My daughter Krati Agarwal started to invest in Golden Harvest plan from 02.08.2022 to 02.06.2023 A/c no[protected] of Rs 20000/- at Ajmer Rajasthan Tanishq showroom.
But till today no satisfactory answer given by Tanishq showroom regarding refund of Rs 200000/- while I visited on Saturday 16.09.2023 and Mr Anshu Sharma assured for refund till Monday as our cheque has been dispatched from head office on 06.09.2023.
When no message received from shop then I contacted on mobile on 19.09.2023 to Sharma and asked for refund he assured for refund immediately if cheque image required in which account you require neft, I send what's up image of cheque of my daughter and when Today I visited showroom Mr Dinesh Sharma there replied that your cheque has been dispatched on 06.09.2023 and told there is no policy of neft.
My question is that when you received all payment online then why you delayed our refund till today and who will bear the interest of Rs 200000/-and as per your terms and conditions you may prefer online refund.
In present scenario no company is following cheque system even Indian Govt also not appreciated such transactions and you are promoted offline transactions.
Pl transfer our refund with interest in my daughter account.
