I have tried to buy online digigold of Rs 1000 through tanishq on 10 August 2023. Amount was deducted. Neither order was placed nor my amount is refunded. I have contacted their customer care number of times and every time they assure that it will be refunded with 48-72 hours. But till now no refund by them. Tata Tanishq company is a fraud company. They have looted my money. I advice all not to get trapped in their schemes of online purchase....

I have not received any discount coupon from Titan even after bein a shareholder for more than 1 year .

I am not sure if Titan treats its shareholders according to their number of shares where shareholders having larger holdings in the company are only entitled to such benefits .

I had the worst experience with Titan as the quality of the watch is very low and service is pathetic. An order was placed with TANISHQ online on 9/08/2023 for Rs. 350, 000 gift Certificates. My credit card was charged but yet to receive any response whatsoever from Tanishq.

After paying the exorbitant price the battery last for 8 to 12 months only if it would have last for 2 to 3 years then too it was digestible like the original battery which comes with the watch lasts for 4 to 6 years. The battery they are using hardly cost 30 to 40 rupees and it runs only for 6 to 12 months. So definitely this is looting. I have 3 to 4 watches but afraid of getting the battery replaced because it will cost me 1200 to 1400...

I have already complaint in this forum but till date I have not received any resolution from Tanishq Jwellers( Group of Titan Company). I have loss my valuable money and the employee of Tanishq Mr. Tukai behaved with me very badly which I nerver expected. I also raised this complaint to various forum and also to local police station. So that I can get support. I am also discussing with one advocate for better resolution....

I purchased your so-called slimmest edge watch on very good faith. but i was wrong. Now I am running behind your Service center and call center repeatedly. I have been waiting for 3 weeks and there is no update on the return process and refund....

I had ordered Titan watches on 25th July, 2023 and expected delivery date was 26thJuly, 2023 was delivery date.
The delivery never happened. The courier service Bluedart did not respond for many days and status just got changed to Out for delivery. But delivery never happened.
Neither Titan nor Bluedart is ready for cancellation of order and repayment. Its too Pathetic and harrssing.
Please help 🙏🏻...
