I ordered a watch online from their website on 27th October 2023 but due to technical error or network issue, my order couldn't complete but my money deducted from Paytm.. according to their policy..money will be back within 7 days ..now it has been more than that...their coustomer number always busy and they reply same thing again and again ...

          Mis selling/ misleading

          Hi,
          This is Ashish Gohad, visited your Dharmpeth Nagpur shop on 24/10/2023 for purchase of short mangalsutra for my wife. For that we have exchange our old mangalsutra. While valuation of old mangalsutra your staff didn't explain details of deduction from gold purity. They calculate 70 % purity of my old mangalsutra. When invoice generate I shock to see further more deduction of 8% from 70% gold value.

            i visited titan showroom to change batteries of my wrist watch they charged me rs 496.00 which i paid but later i got link of bill on my mobile trough sms which was rs 268.00

            now dealer is denying to return difference amount you should take action against dealer otherwise i will go in consumer fourm.

              I have placed an order of mangalsutra of rupees 67091 on 13 october 2023 from the tanishq website . Firtsly no message mail or call came from the tanishq about thw order confirmation or anything . So on sunday when i was tracking my order it was marked as cancelled by tanishq side only so when i called their customer care number they informed me that me that my order was cancelled due to warehouse rejection and i will get my refund withinn 5-7 working days. Its been 6 days already and i haven't received my refund so when i called their customer service number they told me that they will inform me about the refund process via call but no call came to me the other day day they said that i will get the update about refund via mail .. again no mail came ..i dont know when will i get refund i have been asking them daily but no information is given to me please solve my issue and refund my money

                    Worst experience with Tanisq.

                    We have enrolled for Rivah aashirvaad sovereign saver plan at Velachery Tanisque store on Oct 2nd 23.However they added my account in to value plan.
                    Later got a call from the store stating ot was their technical issue.

                    I have ordered a pendant online (app) on 30th Sept 2023 and it was delivered on 3rd October with the hard copy of invoice, the invoice doesn't have the proper breakup of the gold price, making charges and stone amount etc. I requested the same through chat and call and waited for a soft copy, but the support agents keep saying to wait for 24 to 48 hrs and it's been 6days and no one followed up, does it really take so long to share a soft copy of invoice? I am really disappointed with the allover experience with Tanishq!

                      But till today no satisfactory answer given by Tanishq showroom regarding refund of Rs 200000/- while I visited on Saturday 16.09.2023 and Mr Anshu Sharma assured for refund till Monday as our cheque has been dispatched from head office...

                        I have tried to buy online digigold of Rs 1000 through tanishq on 10 August 2023. Amount was deducted. Neither order was placed nor my amount is refunded. I have contacted their customer care number of times and every time they assure that it will be refunded with 48-72 hours. But till now no refund by them. Tata Tanishq company is a fraud company. They have looted my money. I advice all not to get trapped in their schemes of online purchase. Till now they have not refunded my amount. Unethical behaviour of company.
