I visited Tanishq yamunanagar store on 16th August, to get refund of my golden harvest scheme as I am not planning to buy anything now. Previously I used this money of previous plans to buy some item.
There I met an employee. She greeted me nicely at first but when I asked her about the refund of my plan, she made weird faces and told me to come back on next day saying that there is huge rush whichever I clearly can't see. Moreover, 2-3 employees I could see were free at that moment apart from her. Then I told her that if I buy anything then you have time.
To this she again made weird face towards me and pretending I asked for her personal property. I got very frustrated with such behavior.
Then she took my booklet with details and came in a minute saying that we will call you in next 2-3 days and you can collect your cheque.
I submitted my id proof to the mail id she gave.
Its been a week now and I got no response.
This kind of behavior is not expected from such a brand and whenever we want to talk nicely they just shows attitude of Ambani's.
I am not planning to visit that store in near future for sure.
Could you please teach them some manners that how to treat their customers even if they just want a little help. It will be helpful to not just me but many others.
