Tapzo — complaint ticket no - 6281804 and customer reference no[protected]

I had paid my electricity bill for rs.1734/- through bhim sbi pay to my merchant (Uppcl) a/c id - [protected], which is not credited to biller a/c till now, while my bank a/c has been debited vide customer reference no[protected] on dated 17 may, 2018. My vpa a/c [protected]@sbi is debited and your vpa a/c [protected]@sbi has been credited but my merchant biller (Uppcl) a/c - id-[protected] has not been credited. Please confirm the transaction and make payment to my biller, otherwise reverse payment to my a/c, so that i may proceed again. Thanks
