My recharge of rupees 399 for airtel number got failed.
But amount was debited from my account. But it shows that my transaction is failed and the equivalent amount was deducted from my account. When will I get the refund. I request you to refund the money as soon as possible.
It will be very helpful if I get the refund earlier as possible

On 17.12.2019 at 02:20:18 PM, I recharge my mobile for an amount of 108₹ through bhim SBI pay UPI I'd xxx @sbi and same amount credited to tapzo @ SBI and has been debited from account but recharge failed.The transaction ref I'd is[protected].The same amount has not been refunded
