The battery of cellphone is not working, whenever I charge the battery its shown uncharged and mobile always switch off and not run. Please arrange to change the battery. I got the Spice mobile and have being using it about two months and have not problem of it except for the Camera. The picture comes very poor. The pictures are not sharp at all. Cell No. [protected]

I have purchased one Penta Dual Wifi, Tablet by your invoice No. TARA/14-15/65958 DTD 27/06/2014 for Rs.5999.

I am very disappointed by the purchase as the battery can not even last for 15 minutes after full charging for more than 5 hours. How can you do such marketing through HOME SHOPING and show big things on TV for hours.

Please I request you to change my battery or replace the Tablet with a new one.

Unfortunately my phone set has been missing, and to make the complain I need the retail invoice containing the IMI Number.
