Tata AIA Life — Claim not processed even after 3 months

We had purchased the TATAAIG policy for bile insurance in Nov 2024. We had raised one claim due to Bike accident on 20th March. The bike repair happened at HOnda authorized service center and payment was done directly as no cashless facility available. The claim number os [protected]. However even after 3 months, the claim is not processed and there are different responses from TATAAIG Pune team (Sabir Shaikh, Umesh Pawar, Santosh Thite). This is extremely frustrating experience and very irresponsible behavior from TATAAIG. We need quick action from TATA AIG on claim processing and requesting IRDA to take stern action on TATA AIG for such pathetic customer service.
