My tata aia policy is issued on 30th april 2017, till date i have not received my policy bond, i have received more than 12 calls in last 3 months by your customer care team asking for various things and every time i have informed on non-receipt of my policy bond. Every time the tele executive who spoke to me have told that the complaint will be registered and issue will be resolved.

Hi, I had mistakenly paid premium to a wrong policy. I contacted TATA-AIA and after 2 months of relentless follow up i got the response that they have refunded my amount. I have neither received cheque nor i have received amount in my account. I have been following up on this for 3 to 4 months. Every time i call the customer care they say they will get back to me in 2 days. But the 2 days never comes, I have to again call the customer...

TATA AIA LIFE INSURANCE is a subsidiary of TATA AIG and I hold a premium No. U[protected]. On 28.08.2013 the due date for the annual premium I paid the premium of Rs. 25,000.00 on line through my Credit Card. On 29.08.2013,
TATA AIA deducted the same amount again as the details were available with them. When I pointed out and demanded refund, they asked me to give my Bank details attested by the Bank, and I did it by paying a fee...

& Last month I submitted Clearence form also.My license details are Irda no-5330725 & agency code is 4185909. But till date I did not get NOC nor I got release order.Tata Aig is taking to much time to give the same.

I was connnected call from the HSBC customer care to the tata aig customer care reg the policy. They insted me to take a policy for Rs.10/- for the first two months and from the third month I have to pay the 700/- per month, I told to confirm with me after the second month but still I didnt got any call or nothing when I called the customer care of HSBC they replied that they dont have any contact to connect to the tat aig people. I received an opportunity from a broking company, but unfortunately, the pan number shows the irdai portal.
They are hold the joining process. I have not attended the exam but the urn number (aili[protected]) was generated in the irdai portal.
