    Today 06/11/23 at 3:15;pm I Sk Mujahid Ahmad A existing customer of Tata AIA life insurance...in a customer visit book I fill all the formalities..than I ask for inquiry about my premium due.. but there is no one to hear..a peon who ask me to fill in customer visit book replies that Mr Amiya who's full name I don't no is ioperational staff.I ask him to call, he called him but Mr Amiya said that 15 to 20 minutes he have reach in branch office which is in Burma bypass, Bhadrak...I my self wait foe 20 to 39 minutes.after 30 minutes I collect phone no of Mr Amiya from peon..& I call Mr Anya at 7 pm..he ask me this not the right time to talk with him...I ask what is the right time? He replied that 10am t0 3pm & misbehave with me in slang language & ask me what ever you do & threatened ne to

        They are not providing proper answers . I have done my medical they are again doing the medical.. they are not providing any reason for it … not getting proper answers from them

          Dear Sir, I am an agency of TATA AIA and under which i am a leader with code: 5384824

          For the business done in the Financial Year 2022-23 a TDS of ₹125000 was deducted but the same is not being reflected on the Income Tax Portal which has disabled me from filing my income tax return.
          The same issue is being followed up by the branch manager from Ballari named Allama Prabhu for the past 2 month but all in vain.
          If i fail to file the returns then i will be liable for a penalty of ₹150000
          so kindly help me solve the issue at the earliest

                  After searching for policy on their website...They are regularly call unnecessarily...after telling that in have no interest for their policy...but they call 50 Times a which which creates disturbances..

                    Now i got a job in the private sector in another field. Due to my name and pan showing in the irda database checks i'm facing some issues in present situation. Because my current software company is asking for an update of the noc letter daily. I need to provide noc before joining. I'm stuck here. Could you please increase the priority of this case and please help me with the noc letter. I need to submit as soon as possible once i receive. I have already filled and sent you the letter.

                        I applied for a policy last month that I immediately got cancelled due to some issues. They assured me I'd be refunded the entire amount. After 2 when I called they said there was no refund initiated. After which I spend a few more weeks completely unaware as they had no information to give. And when I did receive the refund it was not even half the amount. THEY ARE THIEVES. LYING SCUM. I WILL DEFINITELY DRAG THEM TO COURT AS IVE HAD TO PAY EXTRA INTEREST BECAUSE OF THEIR DELAY AND MISMANAGEMENT. I WISH THE COMPANY FAILS MISERABLY.

                                    I have a tata life insurance policy numbered C[protected]. This year, as ever year, I received two cheques as bonus returns for my policy. But after I deposited my cheques at my bank to encash them into my account.. i learnt only one cheque was encashed...but the other cheque with an amount of 7947 rupees failed at payment. The bank official reported the cause of failure to be CODIND ERROR. When I contacted customer care for tata AIA customer care, i was told to update my NEFT details . And I have been trying this update by logging into my account of tata AIA account online for the past three 3 days...but all in vain...as it is failing in the very last step of the update process...Though i click upon the' PROCEED ' (the last submit button) it is showing no progress or result.

                                      Current Status of my agency Code is Terminated for Non Fulfillment of Minimum business Guarantee.

                                        I would like to know if you have declined if you have shared or sent notification to me. Please share the evidence and without intimating me Policy gets cancelled. So, I need all evidence to cross check.
