This is regarding ULIP (Case ID:[protected] refund process is going on since early November 2022!

I need to express many disappointments! I provided all requested documents multiple times, everytime, some new demand comes via email. Customer support phone staff says, you have provided all the documents and every thing looks fine but they cannot reply & confirm via email. Customer support who replies to emails and do not write name and ask something same or new document every time! This is unprofessional & unpleasant behaviour. Please be kind. Pls help to get refund in a timely manner. I need the funds for personal use urgently.

I had submitted below documents for Policy No. U[protected]:

Scan copy of duly filled & signed surrender form (Attached)
For NEFT details - copy of personalised cheque with signature as per policy document/ Photocopy of Bank Passbook (not more than one month old).

    This is in regards to my Policy enrollment under Param Rakshak (# U[protected]. To begin with, please note that I have enrolled mysel[censored]nder this policy almost a month back. I have already completed all my documentation & payments processes herewith as guided & mentioned by TATA terms. However in spite of completing the process & following up on the same since then I have not been treated well and neither there's any response from TATA customer care people or relevant team.

    I have drafted 100's of emails & called on your customer care number for help even visited a local agency outlet yet no resolution has been provided to me till date. I was in contact with Mr. Swapnil (Policy executive) later Mr. Anurag Negi (who has introduced himself as Supervisor) both have asked me for further documents & payment acknowledgment which was provided by me 10 times on email as your online E-documents link didn't work out for me.

    I have been chasing TATA AIA for a month now. My account is already debited on 22nd of Oct and I haven't received any acknowledgement on my policy as reference for me.

    I didn't knew availing a single policy from TATA AIA can be so difficult, this is a pain now I write to you people every single day and I call on[protected] this number on daily basis but there's no response from your team, wherein this was number from which Mr. Swapnil is to call me for policy pitching and now he's bother less.

    I am really frustrated now, I can't spend my time chasing your team every day. It's my humble request to you people kindly give me a solution here or refund my full amount ASAP. I'm done with this tortured. TATA is running with such dumb & irresponsible staff it's horrifying. Even a small tiny firm has good attentive customer care people but TATA is lacking here to a great extent.

    I really don't know whether you guys are gonna grant me a solution or not, your customer care agent gave me this email ID to put my grievance and said I'll get a reply from here. God knows how seriously you people handle escalation/ grievance.

    I have forwarded all my documents & required details on [protected]@tataaia.com email ID since 20th of October 2022 now. Kindly check and revert back here.

        This is regarding cheating and false promises made on my TATA AIA policy.

        I am holding a policy with TATAAIA policy number C[protected].

        I must bring to your notice the following points.

        Agent told me that I will get a return of minimum Rs 30000 every year after the first year. I was somehow convinced in buying the policy. This was later on told as a false promise by one of his seniors to me when it was time for that.
        It's a big document which normally no one who is insured reads it. Every person depends on the visiting executives' details only. However I had read it after the free look period only where I found the discrepancies. On talking to their executive again he had assured me of what he had told me. On talking to some of his seniors I was told that whatever is written will be followed. I was promised Rs 30000 every year from the next policy year which had later turned out to be a false promise. Also I was not told that the policy term is for 21 years which was never my requirement.
        On call Tataaia agent asked me to show proof of conversation. So my question to them is: If you are a customer, while buying the policy from a brand, will you record the conversation? Will you take the signature for proof of what the brand agent says? I never expected & never experienced such a condition.
        Tata AIA must teach their agents to speak the truth. For the sake of getting commission, they're playing with the money of customers.
        I got many calls on this matter from 10-15 different customer care executives from TATAAIA & but the best part was that all were just role play to understand the situation instead of accepting their fault and later on turn back with no response.
        Due to all of the above I am feeling cheated.

        I had made a request to return my money which I had invested on this policy but my request is not taken care .

        None of your customer agents reply me why a customer want to cancel policy after one year. offcourse she must be awaiting her premium after after one year which was told by the agent.

          False information about policies, fooled me to buy when I got the policy kit. I was shocked to see wrong information now when I cancelled they are creating nuisance in refunding my money with some or other excuse. Complete mental harassment. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from Tata aia. I have mailed more than 10 mails to help me but no one bothered to call me back. Policy bazaar is blaming Tata aia and Tata is blaming policy and I am the one who is suffering. Rubbish and biggest fraud. People who want to suffer May purchase Tata aia policy from policy bazaar because both firms are pathetic. They only want to extract money and once that’s done they ignore.

              I had a policy C[protected] which got matured and I received the amount.Yesterday I received call claiming that it's from TATA AIA company and Manger of the company Mr.Rahul Guptha mob.No[protected] and informed me that my agent claimed money using one of my document which i didnt receive yet, it will go to her account today before releasing the cheque he contacted me and he guided me to do an online submission. He said as I completed locking period 2% benefit automatically going to agents account that agent named Hameeda submitted written statement that
              agent and me both are relatives so I have no objection to release money to her account and when I said Hameeda is not working now at TATA AIA he said the amount 1 lakh 31260 will go to secondary agent Mathew Joseph's account.and he instructed me to remove agent code and create sel[censored]niversal code and informed the process of doing it and told me to register complain to IGMS and to submit Adhaar card, Pan Card, Photo, cacelled Cheque, email id and 32000 fees so and so..Today I received another call from Rita Sharma from HDFC Bank mob.No[protected] she said cheque is going to release to Mr.Mathew Thomas account...I am really confused is this a genuine information or scam..Did my agent cheated me in doing this...I would humbly request you to do the needful and to satisfy my grief by giving a speedy reply...

                  I had took a tata life insurance policy back in 2010 and closed it in 2015. yesterday i got a call from aia life insurance saying they have new guidelines provided by the government saying i have 1lakh amount remaining that will tranferred to the agent and he(Ashish Saxna: [protected]) gave me all the details of the policy number, saying something about agent code and removing agent from the policy else he will get the money, then he gave me complaint number and i will receive call from gbic, then after 10min i smelled something fishy and asked for the guidelines said he will sent it to my whatsapp, Since then he havent picked my number.
                  Think i missed a bullet.
                  How did they got all the details of my policy number, isnt that a security breach

                    I had applied for Term insurance with TATAAIA, since its a reputed company. My blood test was clear, and my treadmill also was more than 90%, in effect confirming my fitness. After which suddenly i was asked to take chest X-Ray. I had taken the same at APollo spectra at alwarpet chennai. Post which i was told my Xray is clear. no finding. But to my shock and dismay, TATAAIA Regional manager called me and asked me for repeat X-Ray claiming the film showed some finding. I responded stating, that, when the Xray, that too by Apollo hospital, which reads "normal study", is the result, WHY SHOULD I BE SUBJECTED TO RADIATION AGAIN. I also told them to collect the original film and read again, since Xray films digitally read can be distorted. They are refusing the same and are insisting me to go to their registered Xray lab. This seems like SOME AGENDA ' by the Insurance company for 'loading " of premium to the client. Infact this happened to me from HDFC life, which gave an erroneous escalated, scary reading of 352 of my cholestrol. I suspect ALL THE INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE NOW GOING ALL OUT TO MAKEMONEY TO COMPENSATE THEIR LOSSES, DUE TO CLAIMS DURING COVID. I want someone to bell the cat and hence I have chosen to. I am sure lots of people are being cheated by the insurance companies to escalate premiums and make a killing.

                        Last year I had a ulip plan (U[protected] from tata aia company for Rs.50000/-. This year I can't deposit the premium of the policy because of my financial condition is not good and ecs is being hit again and again in my account by tata company and I asked tata company executive Mr lalit pareek to cancel ecs on 21/06/2022 in which he gave me the mail id of [protected]@tataaia.com and said that email on this email id and ecs will be cancelled...

                        I have Recieved multiple calls which I think are fake about a bonus. They are calling to deactivate the agent code and activate client code. Then I need pay around 20 k to get my compensation of my policy .

                              TATA AIA Not refunding GST Waiver for NRE Customer

                              I am an NRE Customer and paid my TATA AIA Insurance premium this year from my Foreign Bank + Indian NRE account. I have provided all details / transactions / NRE proof etc but TATA AIA is sending an apology mail that i am not eligible. It is very shame from TATA AIA to behave like this inspite of submitting many supporting documents to prove that am an NRE customer and paid my Premium using Foreign Banks + NRE.

                              This has reference of policy No. C[protected].

                              TATA AIA have not refunded the GST amount of RS 4500/-, levied against premium auto deducted from my NRE account. I have provided all the necessary details to prove that I am NRI and payment is made through NRE account.

                              Date of payment of Premium- 02/03/2022
                              Amount of premium - 2, 00, 000/-
                              GST deducted - 4, 500/-

                              Honorable consumer forum is requested to direct the insurance company to refund the GST amount of RS 4500/-.

                              Was there any update regarding this? I've the same complaint. I've not received for more than a year now. Did you by any chance receive the refund or an update from the team?

                                This is a lady from Goa complaining about The regional officer for Goa state recently posted to Goa Mr Jaywant Madan Pawar from pune
                                Mr Jaywant fooling cheating girls creating profile on matrimonial sites saying divorced and longing for marriage
                                Innocent girls getting abused SEXually losing hard earned money, he is misusing their trust giving them alcohol mixed with the water and I'm the one of them
                                I humbly request to the higher authorities for an immediate action nd to bring justice to all those girls Terminating the ###
                                I'm adding his photographs thinking I may atleast save other girls
