[Resolved]  Tata AIA Life — Not refunding money

I have purchased the policy with them with policy number. Initially the agent told me that its a EMI based payment you don't need to pay at a time. Later they said total amount will be deducted at a time that is 52250rs from credit card.
i have got a message from TATAAIA that amount received with transaction number. Later on my request cancelled the policy . but not refunding my amount. I have all the proofs that all my amount is credited to them that is from my HdfC credit card and confirming the same from Tataaia team.
even after many complaints they are not listening to me and not giving the amount back
