Tata AIA Life — Sales scam by tata aia and hdfc bank

I was sold policy by giving wrong promises and now both are not ready to take responsibility. I have been most loyal customer to HDFC and they sold just to earn commission which is very unethical we need to take action on these sales teams.
Even post sales TATA AIA is worst, you need to pay to call them and paying through credit card comes with sur charge which was not the case when buying an insurance.
I saw many people raising this concern and these companies are just acknowledging which is considered as closed. Shame on both the companies. I suggest not to buy any insurances from HDFC.
