[Resolved] Tata AIA Life — Term Policy Issuance delayed and not accepting Withdrawal request

This is regarding the policy number C[protected]. Its a term plan for life.
I paid my annual Premium worth 33727 INR on 13th Jan 2022.
And since then its been more than 50 days and they are neither issuing the policy nor acknowledging my request for withdrawal. On every call their customer care representatives are clueless. They don't know their process.
I have been doing multiple calls to these people everyday but every time either they say their backend team is not responding or they need few more documents. Most funny part is their ESCALATION DEPARTMENT. They are so dumb or non-existent that you may get a response from there customer care but no response from their ESCALATION TEAM. Now, they have kept my money and not even refunding it.
