Sir/madam, I am vimal veera, above said policy holder for my car Hyundai I 10, I know you are one of the best service provider in Indian market, and providing the solutions of millions, This year my experience in claim and service doesn't suits your quality of service and slandered. I just want to take your attention toward after sales service the problem which face by me is as under... 1) in spite of calling many times to customer care from mid of November for picking up the renewal premium, every time i got false promise by the executives and till date no one has turned up.. 2) on 3rd Dec. 2013. i dropped my car to MOHAL HYUNDAI, vasai, for the claim against denting and painting and service purpose. My claim Ref. no.[protected]. as per your surveyor it is informed to me that i can't claim the entire damage in a Single Claim which is occurred in single incident. So on 6th Dec.2013 i applied for 2nd claim ref. no.[protected]. and also claimed for damage of rear suspension system on same date. now till date your company surveyor didn't turned up for the survey. god knows what is the problem. even a SINGLE representative spoil the goodwill of the company hope you will look at the matter and trying to solve the issue. thanking you vimal veera. virar.
