Yesterday i've made payment for my car insurance renewal with tata aig general insurance co. Thro' my icici net banking, the amount was deducted (Transaction success) from my bank a/c, but no renewal happened & i spoke to tata aig general insurance co. They said that no payment received, i don't know what to do? Either the amount/payment should go to beneficiary or it should be reversed (Credited) to my a/c, i am really afraid of this transaction, also it is a non-value added activity, this incident forced me to rethink about cashless transactions. Feb 6, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved It is resolved, after several mails & calls I finally got the Manager Customer Care & he helped me, he identified the root cause of problem & resolved, the amount I transferred to TATA AIG was held-up with Bill Desk, the Manager somehow received my money & resolved the issue, also released/Renewed my Insurance.
