Tata AIG Insurance — Car Insurance renewal | |||
Hi, i have car insurance policy of tata aig no.[protected] which was supposed to expired on 29.03.2016. for these i did not get any reminder for renew my policy. on 28.03.16 i myself contacted your company and ask them to renew my policy, for this they gave me all the details and exact amount to be paid and further told me that my policy is renewed now and somebody from company will come to my place to collect the cheque. But as nobody turned up for 2/3 days, i myself again contacted to your helpline on 30.03.16, in response to my call they have told me that me policy is expired and i have to again take a new policy with inspection of my car. it is shocked for me because last year also i have similar experience. A brand like TATA is doing this with their customers is shocking to me. i hope you will investigate the matter and solved it as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
