Tata AIG Insurance — car insurance with wrong vehicle num | |||
I am Ram mohan from Navi mumbai.I changed my car policy from M/s ICICI and took a new policy from M/s Tata Aig 0n dated 13 / 12/2017 and I have received my first policy on 27 / 12/2017 with a wrong vehicle reg num of MH 02 GV 7581 which is noticed by me in the month of Jan 2018. I informed to the customer service and asked them to rectify the same with my vehicle num MH 12 GV 7581. Now I have received 8 hard copies of rectified insurance policies with the same mistakes from TATA AIG. .Then I contact Grievance department and spoke to Chief Manger Mr Rahul and he apologized for the mistakes and he send me a fresh copy on 8 th march 2018 with the same mistake. Even after reprimanding them they have showed very casual and irresponsible attitudes towards this matter. Due to fear to be caught by the vehicle transport authority and legally punished I am not using my car and it is parked in the garage since 28 th Jan 2018 on wards Now i put a case in IRDA and waiting for there response.
