I am holding group medi prime health insurance policy from tata aig. in the month of july 2019 i have called to customer support to include my newly born baby into my group policy. i have been told that i need to wait for 3 months, so i waited for moths and today when i called to customer support on 16 sept 2019 they are saying that it can be added only at the time of renewal.
