Tata AIG Insurance — harassment in giving no claim bonus in renewing car insurance policy | |||
My verna fuidic car reg. No. Dl 03c bz 5418 was insured under policy no. [protected] with validity upto 30/07/20. At renewal time i was declined ncb benefit on the premise "i have availed insurance claim benefit on 23 july 20." i protested on your call center. Call receiver - bala - stated claim lodged on portal as reason of ncb refusal to me. On 23rd july i had contacted your call center for change of flat tyre and was ultimately given me tata aig rsa contact no. [protected] to get necessary assistance. I called rsa no. And got propmt assistance vide ref. No. Rrz[protected] on 23 july, 20. Contact person mr. Shubham. This has been wrongly and deceitfully noted as claim lodged by me on your call center portal giving ref. No. [protected]. Some mr. Dinesh dhami ([protected]) was assigned to settle my claim. I called mr. Dhami and told him not to come. On 29th july i was advised to request your organisation to ignore the claim call and treat it as rsa. Since, i had no time left, i mailed my request to your noida office. This was either on 29th or 30 th july. From 28th july to 31st july myself and my agent - meeta sudan code no. 920955 persistently pursued with your organisation to permit accrued ncb. Only on 30th evening at about 5.30 p. M. I was given the payment link for remitting insurance fees with 25% ncb which i paid leaving other important work. This is no way of attempting to not give ncb on fictitious grounds. I had insurance with you since 2018. In future i would seek alternative company to get the car insurance done and strongly protest the harassment given to me.
