Tata AIG Insurance — online payment issue | |||
Dear Sir/Mam Kindly check all the screenshots and also find the attachment. As per TATA AIG'S online payment mode, link was sent to us for payment. We paid the amount via NET BANKING through CITRUS SOLUTION which is also official payment site of tata aig. Now you can see that the amount is already debited from my account and it is clearly shows. If this amount is not reflect in TATA AIG account then it is not the fault o[censored]s, our payment is already transfer via Citrus payment solution. Yesterday we made transaction for TATA AIG via net banking through CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTION. Please check reference no.also. Now TATA AIG said that they don't receive this payment from Citrus. We also attach latest screnshot of bank statement after 24 hours, till money is not return to our account. Today is last date of my insurance, what will we do for that?
