Resp. Sir I request you that i have tata aig well insurance executive fix benefit policy which policy is continue 4-5 years, i was admitted chief complaint of acute bronchitis with lower respiratory tract infection with gram negative infection with persistent high t. L. C with pyrexia in asian hospital faridabad, after discharge the hospital i submitted all hospital documents to insurance company t. P. A e-meditek gurgoan dated 01/02/2018 tpa e-meditek raised first quiery dated 05/02/2018 which reply i sent dated 12/02/2018 and tpa received quiery reply dated 14/02/2018 after received quiery tpa e-meditek again raised second time quiery dated 16/02/2018 which reply i sent dated 17/02/1018 and tpa received it 19/02/2018 an after this tpa investigator visited my home and hospital regarding investigation dated 20/02/2018 after ten day's tpa again same quiery raised dated 01/03/2018 which reply i had already sent dated 12/02/2018 but again i sent quiery reply via email to tpa email i'd claim. [protected]@emeditek.com dated 02/03/1018 and after this i sent written mail regarging delay of claim to tata aig grievance mail id datef 01/03/2018 after this i have received many reply many times which they indicate me that we will response you earliest regarding my complaint but till date my claim not settled by tata aig insurance company nearly one month have been completed of given complain with insurance company (Tata aig), but my claim not settled yet.
