We have axis bank credit card in that u have charged rs. 6750 somethng for the insurance purpose on nov 2017 we are not in need of that so i called the customer care & askd abt it they also cancelled & refunded the amnt back but again in this year they have charged the same amount again i called to the customer care they are telling they have already cancelled bt in the axis bank credit card statement its showing the deducted amnt wht the hell you people are doing just cancell it or else call me to this [protected] its not a small amnt to pay ok Was this information helpful? | |||||
