[Resolved] Tata — BP Solar heater duro - service | |||
I purchase a TATA BP solar water heater last week.Be prepared for a very slow service of TATA BP.I purchased the TATA BP solar water heater Duro.The tubes broke the very day we started water.I have been contacting the marketing office of Green power solutions who is the dealer.There was no response from the office.I contacted three days with the service person who always said that the tubes will be available the next day.Later on Wednesday he said that we will have to wait till Friday.I lodged a complaint with TATA BP customer care who coolly said that I will receive a response after 48 hrs. Iam waiting for the tubes still with my new solar water heater still to be commissioned. I had changed my choice from V-Guard to TATA BP though it was about 6000 more.Both contain the same number of tubes and V-guard has a better service record.However I went for TATA BP expecting better service but unfortunately I am not getting. Be prepared for a slow and poor service with TATA BP.This has been my experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
