Tata Communications — Refund not received

Hello Team,

I purchased the AirCooler from Tata Cliq on 9th Mar'2021 and return the same due to manufacturing defect on 16th Mar'2021 and Tata Cliq accepted my return on 25th Mar'2021 and finally they confirmed that refund is initiated on 5th Apr'2021, on 9th Apr'2021 they confirmed the refund was completed but still i didnt received anything in my account. i checked with my bank as well but even there is no credit till date.

I chasing TataCliq from very long time but they dont respond to queries on time. Now my money is stuck with them.
