I have Ordered SoundMagic ES 18S In-Ear Headphone Red & Black on Tata Cliq Order Details: Order placed on:12 Jun 2020 Order ID:[protected] Cost :499/- + Shipping Charges 49/-= Total:548/- payment already done. On 18.06.2020 at 4:00 pm i have received the item, But the size the package is big. I was Surprised and Shocked what it is ? Courier boy left ... Then after opening i found package is not ear phones but they are Candles. I really Dissapointed with the TATA CLIQ. Iam a fan of TATA. I Always only TATAs have contributed something to country. But this is really bad experience. I Immediately tried to call customer care(CliqCare) and Dialled to [protected] for any support, but all in vain. Finally i googled how to complain on receiving wrong product from online shopping i found this site. I just want right product or Refund and return. I want my money refunded asap. this is worst experience ever happened to me. I'll lodge complaint in consumer court by next week. Was this information helpful? | |
