[Resolved] Tata Croma — Customer care not responding regarding faulty electronic | |||
On 19th of April, '14 I brought a Symphony HiCool Smart i and after working fine for a bout a week, oits water pump stopped working. Called the Croma customer care the very same day, and got a complaint number regarding it. And from then onwards its same routine - calling them and getting fake promise of them that the mechanic would arrive soon at doorstep to fix the faulty device. And thats it.
