[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Cheating and fraud by service provider | |||||
It pains, hurts and disturbs me when I see that TATA whom i treated, valued and regarded synonym of Trust induldging it self in mal practices. I am a resident of Vadodara (Gujarat) and for last 6 to 7 years had been a customer of TATA Docomo. I recharged my Phone No [protected] for Rs 348 as usually done by me for last so many months on 17th April at 19.20 hrs.Got a confirmatory SMS from TATA Docomo too..But to my utter surprise I found that my main balance is being cut.On contacting customer care I was told that this scheme is not applicable in our Area. Point No 1 Why my phone wwas recharged ? Point No 2 How I was enjoying this scheme for last so many months? On 18th Morning I contacted Mr Mahinder Soalnki of Vadodara Circle who promised to sort out but now stopped receving my calls Even. I was browsing Internet. some MY-DWAP and GCLUB service activated. I had lost my rs 25/-. I was deactivated this service but next day it was reactivated. Please deactivate service and refund my money back. Please do something and deactivate service permanently and give me my money back...
