Tata Docomo — False Billing and cheating

My Tata photon number is [protected] and bill plan is 1800 mins/month. As I know that I am going to consume more than 1800 mins, I checked with tata photon showroom people (Saibaba colony, Coimbatore) regarding the procedure to use the data more than my current plan. They told me to refill the pack by adding booster pack. I called customer care to activate the 5GB booster pack and they activated too. I have the activation confirmation mail from them. But whenever I checked the net usage it was beyond 1800 mins, immediately I called customer care (more than 3 times), they told it will be reflected only in the bill cycle you can continue with the service, finally the amount will be reduced from the bill. But now my bill is around 5100 rs and I called them to check the reason and they told that re-fill booster pack is not applicable for my plan. They should have told this reason earlier so I wouldn't have used the data post 1800 mins. This is totally a cheating from tata photon people. They also admitted their mistake but they are forcing me to pay the bill. I told them i cant pay the entire amount instead I can pay the plan amount ( Rs 590) + 5GB booster pack (Rs 500) + Service tax. I also told them that I can pay max of 2000 rs. But they are threatening me to pay the full amount. I questioned them, As it is not my mistake then why should I pay? they didn't answer my question. But now my bill is around 5100 rs and now the customer care people stating that re-fill is not applicable to your plan. Its fully a cheating from Tata Photon. I can continue the service unless/until my bill is reduced to around Rs. 1200 i.e. (590 (original) + 400 (Refilled) + service tax). If not, I am not going to pay the bill and close the connection.I have the proof for whatever I have discussed with you people and know how to face the consequences. Thanks, Manoj S
