Tata Docomo — New sim card not activated since one week

I have purchased a new sim card of Tata docomo last week that is last wednesday on 4th May. It has been more than a week but my Card is yet not activated.I have paid Rs.120 to the shopkeeper which will give me a recharge of Rs.106 but everyday he says the same thing it will be started today. This has really created a bad impression for both company and the shopkeeper. I hereby request u to activate my card as soon as possible because I am suffering a great loss in roaming also.

Unable recharge from paytm freecharge oxigen ect why it's very bad ...when ever iam going recharging through laughfo magic dealer the asking for money ...stop sending offer or simplify it
