No resolution provided for my internet problem. Service provider is not able to fix the problem and also not able to provide any resolution for the problem.

The answer provided by the service provider is signal strength is low in the area where I reside,
so they were not able to do any thing for the issue.

As a consumer, my question to service provider is what shall I do if signal strength is low in the area where I reside?
Since you service provider were responsible for providing the signal and bandwidth.

That is too the area where I stay is a corporate are where most of the IT companies are surrounded.

No answer from the service provider and they closed my Service Request and changed it as resolved.

Extremely affected consumer.
