[Resolved] Tata Docomo — sim not working in mi phone | |||
Dear sir my previous handset is lost. Due to i purchased red mi phone. I got new sim from your fc road pune gallery with my previous number but isn't work in mi handset. Your customers care person told me that problem in your handset i went to redmi service center they check handset they told handset is ok. They show me that other sim like idea, airtel, jio, bsnl. Working. After this i once again went in your gallery the person told me that in red mi this sim is not work.in this process my 4 to 5 days are wasted due to your poor service. Therfore i switch your service to other company. Please hang one board outside you're gallery that we don't support red mi phone. Was this information helpful? | |||
