Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo deducting my Balance for a Model Video Club subscription without any information

What the bloody is dis model video club... rs.99 has been deducted from my balance i have not subscribed for any such services... and the msg to vas help is also non sensical. ... it isnt responding at all... please fix it and credit my balance

they are using this service to robe their customer same thing happened with me anyone filled the complaint in consumer court regarding this please share their experience cuz i m thinking about filing a complaint in court

Hi my name is Kenneth Fernándes and an amount of Rs 99.00 was deducted from my account for VAS Model video club which im not aware of i am pretty sure I did not activate this crap so pls look into this and give a credit or il be forced to disconnect my connection i hope u take this under consideration and look into this matter asap my number is [protected] and my acc no.[protected]
