Tata Docomo — Tata photon service

I ordered a photon dongle on monday[protected]. I was told it would be activated within 72 hours this did not happen. I complained it to higher executive then i received a call from tata shop and again they promised me that you documents will be collected on[protected], neither a single person showed up on this date. Also i was promised it will be activated on saturday once the document is submitted. I want to return my dongle and get my cashback.
