Dear Sir,
I, Virinder Kumar Bajaj aged 77 years, got registered today for my treatment at Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital (Tata Memorial Centre) at Sangrur and assigned the case file No. SG/03472. The smart card issued was credited with Rs. 2500/- vide trans no. SH014946.
I underwent CBC test for which Rs. 1600/- was debited vide trans no. MA587363 and the balance was shown as Rs. 800/-. I was advised by the Lab officials to get the wrongly deducted excessive charges credited in my account for that single test from the billing section but the officials again deducted Rs. 500/- by seeking password from me vide trans no. MA587364.
Kindly look into and take necessary action for returning the excessive amount debited before proceeding further in this matter.
