Tata SBI Credit Card — i am complaining about i am not got a credit card but bill is generated every months

Tata sbi credit card not got me on my address. Also my family member but credit card company every month generate bill amount.
Actualy this card is not handover me & i dont know this credit card number only recived sms that shows only last four digits.
