My tata sky I'd [protected], I have installed my tata sky set top box today but it shows this is the wrong card for this set top box, pls guide how to fix this. I have installed my connection after 4 months gap, and also I'm using a dual connection dish.. my another connection is working well, please do the needful.

Set top box is deactivated for recharge .But account have still 18 days validity .This is not fair.
The company has updated unkown number as registered mobile number .This is totally lies.
