Tata Sky — Absolutely no/poor customer service | |||||
Tata sky id: [protected] I have subscribed for 250 rs pack, and, then for a surprise i was announced a lucky winner for which i was allotted 2 free channels ( as per my wish). This is highly annoying that first you force a customer to enjoy complimentary benefits and then you charge them for the facilities that were prior promised free. Real shame! I'm now paying charges for the free channels as well. Kindly provide me an explanation for the said. If you have a customer care facility, then, it will be really appreciated that you at least answer the call, forget solving it. Also, the subscription is valid for 1 month still i start getting recharge messages before the month end. It is high time that you at-least respond to your customer's queries. Also, there is no clue for for the channels as promised on 250 pack. Focus on retaining old customers than just filming new ads for a service that you can't promise and for a company that is still held in high prestige all over india.
