Tata Sky — Activation of a pack without consent

Sir, One of the Tata Sky Representatives called me on my mobile number registered with them ([protected]) on 5th December 2013 and explained me about of their packs called Actve Vedic Maths. He just activated the pack without my consent and cut the line. When I checked the Tata Sky website (http://mytatasky.com/), it said that the pack was activated for 4 months and did not provide any option for dropping the pack. Moreover, they are showing that the pack costs Rs. 4 per month on the website but actually they are deducting Rs. 137 per month for it. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. I am sure they will look into your matter, drop the pack and reimburse your money.
