WO: NS[protected] dated 05/04/2015 at 11.42am. Sir, For the above mentioned complaint a person was supposed to come to our place according to the message received on my registered mobile number. it was scheduled on 13/04/2015 from 21:05 to 21:45. But no person has come to our place. Later on i received a message on the same number at 21:10 saying that the work order has been completed and the issue is solved. although the issue still persists. Kindly send the technician at the earliest to resolve my issue which is pending since last 10 days and relieve me of the hardship being faced because of no channels worth watching.
