[Resolved]  Tata Sky — amount deducted from account but recharge didn't happen.

I have paid Rs.255 for recharging my TataSky account on 31/03/2020. Money was deducted from my SBI account but the re-charge never happened. My TataSky account has been deactivated because of low balance.

Please solve the issue immediately, either by way of refund or by completion of recharge to my tatasky account.

I have paid Rs.619 for recharging my TataSky account on 20/01/2021. Money was deducted from my SBI account but the re-charge never happened. Then I did it again and now it's recharged but the the money deducted earlier is not been Credited to my Account.

Please solve the issue immediately.

I have recharge Rs.451 for my tatasky account on 16/06/2021 & money was deducted from my SBI account but the recharge was not credited in my tatasky account. I have contacted tatasky customer care many time but the problem till date is not solved. They asked me to wait for day after days.
Please look into the matter & do some needful help.

My Sub ID is 1425130950. I have contacted customer care many times but the issue is not solved. Customer care said that the refund is initiated & they sent me the mail but when i ask for the refund id, they are not replying my mail.
