[Resolved]  Tata Sky — amount deducted wrongly from my account

I have taken new connection and recharged with amount 290 on 31st march. Till yesterday it was showing my recharge date is 29th april 2019 but today it is showing recharge date as 6th april 2019. Yesterday technician visited because of some issue in setup box and he changed hdmi cable and went without taking any amount as it is under warranty. But now it is showing 225 has been deducted from my account. My subscriber i'd is [protected]. When i called to customer care they are saying they won't be take new complaint as another complaint is already opened. This is not fair
