Tata Sky — Bad customer services

I would like to report about three complaints from Tata sky. My Subscriber ID is [protected] I am utterly disaapointed with the bad customer service - 1) Firstly, you harass customers every 15 days, informing that there are new packages, you have launched and would we be interested. There is a saying that first improve your current service and then launch new packages. But when you raise the prices of your channels, you do not bother to inform customers neither by phone, nor by email. One of your customer service operators told me that Tata sky did inform about price rise in Navbharat Times. Is this a joke, you expect a customer to take a package and then expect the customer to buy Navbahart times to read about your new updates. Then what is the use of Internet, which world is Tata sky, are they living in 1910s. You increased the prices without informing me and due to which my balance and due date got reduced for which the explanation given by your customer services was just a simple sorry and this was a business reason. Well in business there is something called business ethics, you do not launch a new product or raise the prices hideously. You tell customers beforehand. When your operators harass customers about new launches every 15 days then how you come you failed to inform customers about price rise. Again the answer I get from your customer services is Sorry. 2) Next I have been using the package since 2007, I did have a secondary package which I cancelled because of your bad customer service and took it with a different provider who provides better services. My channels - Star movies Action, Amrita Tv, CNBC TV18, Asianet Movies, Mazhavil Manorama was taken much was taken much earlier but the start date for all these channels is now shown as 14the October, which is bunch of lies. Due to which I cannot remove these channels. I think it is better if you did your homework properly and check the last time when I changed my package; it was in the month of September. I know it is one of the dirty tricks used by companies to ensure that customers do not remove the package. Well I am not one of those who will take it silently. I am told that I took these packages on 14th October. Well if I did then tell me how did I take these packages there are only two ways, one is over the phone, then your phone call is recorded please check your records and also I did not do it over the net. Your customer services operators say that they cannot do anything about it and they are correct. This means that you are not allowing a customer to remove a package by his choice. This means A CUSTOMER IS A LIAR. What a beautiful customer service. The explanation given by your supervisor is that when the prices are revised the start also changes, which means over the net I cannot remove, modify the package, it can only be done over the phone, by the customer service and supervisors who do not know how to speak to customers 3) Your net shows my monthly recharge is supposed to be 191, the TV shows the monthly recharge is 188 and the telephone operator tells me the monthly recharge is 165 and they are correct. Which means to check my balance I have to call up customer services wasting my time and imagery? Your customer services do also mention that there is an error in the net and on the TV and they are correct. Well if you have such inefficient systems in place then why do keep the net and the TV. This is most tardy, shabby customer service I have ever experinced, and your response is just a Sorry. Well you cannot commit and say sorry, you pay the penalty for it. You need to remember that Tata sky is functioning because of customers, if there are no customers, no customer services, no net service. I am also making complaint to the concerned authorities and also to consumer forum and tweet about this, because YOU DONOT TELL A CSUTOMER THAT HE IS A LIAR AFTER YOU GOOFED UP.

Tata sky customers service is not good my I'd [protected] I have experience
I had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you guys too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.
