Subscriber ID -[protected] name- Debashis Sirkar on 20th of march I had recharged my account and on 3rd of april I had a problem with my DTH connection so i filed a complaint about the signal problem;assuring me that the service will be provided within 24 hours they failed to do so and my connection was rectified 1st may. They took 27 days to rectify my connection for free, and now they are telling me to fill my balance again to continue my services.
