Tata Sky — Base pack subscription wrong charges | |||
Hi, My Subscriber ID : [protected] . I have ordered tatasky HD on may 26th on a corporate offer. On corporate offer, Tatasky website mentioned that - 3 Months of grandsports package & 1 Month HD access as free. But now after 2 months ( I.e., 25th July ), I am getting notifications that - your base package has been expired. I have taken order because of the corporate offer. I am working in IGATE and its been clearly ordered. Please provide my 1 month grandsport package as subscribed. Was this information helpful? | |||
