Tata Sky — Cable connection discontinued despite balance.

My name is Bharat Mandal having consumer number [protected] with A/C No.[protected] staying at Borivali (West) and having balance amount in the said account my TV connection is discontinued since yesterday.
This kind of favours are not accepted from company like TATA SKY.
