Tata Sky — cancellation of subsciption due to no transmission | |||
I have been facing signal issues for the past couple of days, every time since day before noon I have been calling them and the answer I get is that I will get a call back in next 4 hours from their side and a technician will contact for appointment, I haven't got one call from their side or from the technician till now, I have called them day before in the noon(twice), day before evening, yesterday morning, noon and evening and today noon. I have a multi TV subscription and I have taken a Mega HD biennial pack for main tv and an annual subscription for add on tv. This is the third time I am facing this problem in the last 9 months, on previous two occasions too, it took almost a week for them to send a technician and fix the problem. Yesterday after feeling helpless, I asked them to cancel my subscription if the issue is not resolved only to hear from them that there will be no refund in this case.The lady online had assured me once again that I will get a call back within 4 hours. Complaint no.NS[protected]filed on 2nd April 2015), I need help in two matters, who is to be contacted to escalate the issue and how can I take them to task to refund my money. It seems that customer service and Tata's are opposite words.( Had a similar experience of so called customer service with Tata Motors after which I had vowed not to use any cars of TATA, now it seems that TATA's have a company philosophy of having dissatisfied customers).
